Eat mooncakes, do good

There is such a large variety of Hong Kong mooncakes this year that simply listing them out could fill up the pages of the New Testament. But Greenshop's community-produced organic mooncakes stand out from the rest with their good intentions. For many Hong Kongers, mooncakes fall into the category of death and taxes. The cakes traditionally made from thick lotus seed paste, preserved duck egg yolks and a pastry case are a real treat for kids, but seem greasy and saccharine to more mature taste buds. read more
